Enjoy this recipe of crispy fried chicken wings, glazed with mixture of natural tree syrup, lime and avocado oil. Follow the steps below.

- Place wings in a zip-lock bag, add all the ingredients for wings except for the corn flour. Mix to combine and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Place marinated wings in a bowl, add the corn flour, toss wings around to ensure they are well coated.
- Heat up oil for frying, once heated, start frying the wings in batches. Fry until browned. Transfer on to a lined baking tray. Preheat grill, medium heat.
- Combine all ingredients for glazing in a bowl. Pour over the fried chicken. Again toss to ensure they are all coated.
- Place under the grill and grill for about 5 – 7 minutes. Please closely monitor to prevent from burning.
Serve hot with your favourite dip sauce. Enjoy!
