Crispy Fried Chicken Wings Recipe

Enjoy this recipe of crispy fried chicken wings, glazed with mixture of natural tree syrup, lime and avocado oil. Follow the steps below.

  1. Place wings in a zip-lock bag, add all the ingredients for wings except for the corn flour. Mix to combine and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  2. Place marinated wings in a bowl, add the corn flour, toss wings around to ensure they are well coated.
  3. Heat up oil for frying, once heated, start frying the wings in batches. Fry until browned. Transfer on to a lined baking tray. Preheat grill, medium heat.
  4. Combine all ingredients for glazing in a bowl. Pour over the fried chicken. Again toss to ensure they are all coated.
  5. Place under the grill and grill for about 5 – 7 minutes. Please closely monitor to prevent from burning.

Serve hot with your favourite dip sauce. Enjoy!
