Ingredients
for 2 servings
- 1 cup diced pineapple (fresh or frozen)
- 1 red apple, peeled and diced
- 1 ginger root, peeled and diced
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 lemon, juiced
- ½ yellow bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 cup ice
- Mint, for garnish
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix on high until consistency is smooth.
- Pour into glasses, and top with fresh mint and other desired toppings.
